Delivery & Shipping

Royal Mail First Class. This means that your goods will be processed as normal and shipped by Royal Mail 1st class. Ordered goods will usually arrive within 4 working days for most of the UK mainland.

  • UK customers should take delivery of items we have in stock within 1-4 working days.
  • Bicycle shipping can vary due to pre-delivery inspections.
  • Bank holidays will add an extra working day to the estimated delivery lead times.
  • In stock items ordered before 2pm will be shipped the same day. Due to reasons beyond our control if the order is not shipped we will inform you.
  • Please note: Not all items/products are carried in our retail outlet. If you wish to collect your item/products from our retail outlet, please call or email for availability.

UK delivery Free on all baskets over £25.

Baskets under £25 a delivery charge of £1.99 will be applied.

International Shipping

There are no import/export duties on goods shipped within the European Union. All goods shipped to EU countries already have the relevant VAT included.

Shipments sent outside the European Union are sold exclusive of VAT and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. Please note: It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. It is a criminal offence to falsify the details on this form. We cannot inaccurately describe the contents, claim a lower value or mark as a gift. Please do not ask, or expect us to do any of the above. For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authorities for the latest rates.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.

Delivering to your address

Once an order has been processed the delivery address for that order cannot be changed. We are also unable to redirect mail once an order has been processed. 

For these reasons please supply us with a delivery address where there will be someone in to sign for your parcel. If there is nobody in when the couriers call, they will leave a card. You can then phone them to arrange delivery for another day or collect your goods from your local depot.

Please Note: Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses

What If My Delivery Is Late, Damaged Or There Is An Error?

Late Deliveries

If a delivery you are expecting does not arrive within the timeframe indicated please contact us. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock. Delivery timescales quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused.

UK Late Deliveries

For UK Royal Mail orders only, please allow up to 7 working days before reporting undelivered items.  

Protection During Shipment

We arrange insurance for your order during shipment, so you are not at risk if items are damaged or lost during shipment. The risk in the goods passes to you on their delivery.

Delivery Errors

We take great care to ensure that the dispatch of your order is complete and we send you the correct items. However, occasionally, there may be mistakes, and you should contact us within 7 days of delivery if you discover any errors in your order. We shall not be liable to you for short delivery of the goods however caused but will provide you with the outstanding goods as soon as is reasonably practical.
