Smart Navigation:
Navigate to a saved location or mark it on the map directly in the ELEMNT ROAM 2. Find the most direct path and be automatically guided back to the route.
ELEMNT Companion App:
Use the simple interface of a smartphone via Wahoo Fitness' free Companion App to adjust settings, configure pages and connect sensors.
Quicklook LED Indicators:
Quicklook LEDs provide a quick way to view your power, heart rate, speed, navigation cues and other notifications.
Perfect View Zoom:
Easy-to-reach side buttons allow you to zoom in and out of data fields with just one touch.
Rise:
Displays accurate real-time ascent data, including grade and total elevation gain, through the use of a barometric altimeter and GPS.
Text and Call Notifications:
Receive call, text and email notifications while riding (or turn them off in "do not disturb" mode).
Strava Live Segments:
Strava Live segments are fully integrated and alert you before a segment starts, showing your progress and giving you a final push when you're about to hit a PR or pick up a KOM.
Turn-By-Turn Navigation:
Get turn-by-turn directions on screen and with the LEDs, or use the "take me to" feature that creates a route optimized for bikes with turn-by-turn directions.
Scheduled Workouts:
Workouts from TrainingPeaks and Today`s Plan automatically sync with your ELEMNT and notify you of each upcoming interval. Three Team INEOS workouts and two FTP tests are preloaded. Works on the road or with your smarttrainer.
Live Tracking:
Find friends or other ELEMNT users on the map in real time or share your location with friends via text message or email.
Integrated handlebar mount
The ELEMNT ROAM's handlebar mount offers a sleek, integrated design and features an integrated mounting screw.
KICKR Control:
Connects with KICKR smart trainers and allows you to train in four different modes: Route Simulation, ERG, Level, or Passive mode (to only record while controlling with another app).
- Level Mode: The ELEMNT lets you select up to 10 levels with a progressive resistance curve. The faster you pedal, the harder it gets.
- ERG Mode: In ERG mode, you can use the ELEMNT to set your target power level. As your cadence drops, the KICKR increases resistance to maintain a constant power output regardless of speed.
- Relive Routes: Do you have a favorite route? Are you training for a race? The KICKR uses the GPS file from your ELEMNT to automatically change resistance to simulate climbs. Shift gears and ride like you would on the road.
- Race goals: The ELEMNT is fully integrated with Best Bike Split's power and speed goals for optimal race planning.
Smart Navigation Features of the Wahoo Fitness ELEMNT ROAM
- Get Me Started: use the ELEMNT ROAM's "Get to Start" feature to get turn-by-turn directions to the starting point of your selected route.
- Back On Track: Wrong turn? Road closed? Unexpected detour? "Back On Track" automatically directs you back to the route.
- Take Me To: Create routes optimized for cyclists with turn-by-turn directions by selecting a location directly on the ELEMNT ROAM map page using the new pan and zoom feature. This feature is also available through the ELEMNT Companion App.
- Saved Locations: easily navigate to your favorites by saving them as a location either directly in ELEMNT ROAM or via the ELEMNT Companion App.
- Route To Start: select back to start to find the shortest route to the starting point of your ride.
- Retrace Route: Route Reverse will take you back to the start of your ride by reversing the route you are currently on.
